Terms of Service

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the ofelia.agency website and the conditions for purchasing online training courses and services offered by Ofelia.Agency.

§1 Definitions

Website — the internet service available at ofelia.agency.

Service Provider — Ofelia.Agency, the owner and operator of the website.

User — a natural person using the website.

Training — a digital product in the form of an online course, accessible after payment.

§2 Purchase Conditions

Training purchases are made through the Stripe payment system. After payment, the User receives immediate access to the training materials.

Payment for the training is one-time, unless otherwise indicated. The training price is listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and includes VAT.

§3 Community

With the purchase of a training course, the User receives access to the closed community (Community) for a period of 1 month. After this period, access may be continued for an additional monthly fee.

§4 Cancellation

The User may cancel their Community membership at any time without giving a reason. Cancellation does not involve any fees or penalties.
